Nick Horn, an indie pop singer-songwriter…

…based in Charleston, SC, grew up in Mount Laurel, NJ, surrounded by a diverse musical landscape. From a young age, he found himself singing along to his dad's collection of classic tunes from The Beatles, Simon & Garfunkel, James Taylor, and Creedence Clearwater Revival. Drawn to music, Nick picked up the trumpet in the fourth grade and soon after, the guitar. Inspired by his friends and their shared love for music, Nick continued to develop his talent. Nick's unique sound is characterized by a pop sensibility with soulful vocals and the frequent use of lush 7th chords. As a male tenor, his voice brings an emotive quality to his work. His primary instruments are the guitar and vocals, and his extensive discography reflects his dedication to his craft.

Since 2017, Nick has released numerous singles and an EP, including:

  • Song #7 (2017)

  • Hungry Amoeba (2018)

  • Nerve (2018)

Nick began performing live at 19, starting with cover shows at LaCosta in Sea Isle City, NJ. His passion for music led him to perform in various cities, such as Los Angeles, San Diego, Jacksonville Beach, and Charleston, where he currently resides.

With aspirations to continue his musical journey, Nick aims to hone his sound and expand it to its full potential. He plans on releasing a full-length album in the near future and sustaining a lifelong career in music.

Currently, Nick is working on two new songs, "Red Pants" and "Be There," which will be featured in a short film he co-wrote and stars in, set to film in May 2023. Both songs were recorded with Charleston-based producer Matt Zutell.
